Kyrie helped me book a taxi for the next day. He listened to me and helped me thoroughly while using a translation app. A hardworking young man. Receptionist thought I was Korean at first, and as soon as he found out I was Japanese, he suddenly changed his attitude and became very friendly. That’s not good. I picked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle so I contacted them but they did not answer my text so I had to take a taxi to the hotel. But the breakfast, location, price, and the bath was very good, I definitely want to come back again.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived (via taxi) with the doormen / security chaps assisting with our luggage and escorting us to the elevators. Our room (suite) with sea view again, wonderful and with additional purchases (food / drinks) our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and two children. In addition, we all loved our breakfasts with a wide range of choices.

In general the room is good the bed is comfortable. The facilities are nice.... The location is close to the beach and not far away from the old city.

Beautifully presented room, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast included in the stay. I didnt use the exclusive Executive lounge - but will try another time. Short stroll to the ocean.

The sealing paper for cleaning was a good idea and it was very clean. The Ambiente and room design was very comfortable. The view into the city and mountains from 37th floor was really impressive.
